We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including if we determine a project is outside our expertise or poses safety concerns.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are good faith approximations based on our initial assessment of your project. Final pricing may vary if we discover unforeseen conditions during the work, such as hidden damage or structural issues. We will notify you immediately of any necessary changes to the scope or cost before proceeding. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Payment terms will be outlined in your written agreement and typically include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion.

Project Timeline and Delays

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects, but these timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, material availability, and permit delays. We will communicate any changes to your project schedule as soon as possible. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained prior to the start of work (unless otherwise agreed in writing). You must also notify us of any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features on your property that could affect our work. Any damages resulting from failure to disclose such features are not our responsibility.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on our labor and, where applicable, on materials used. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any maintenance recommendations we provide.

Limitation of Liability

TSC Tuscaloosa Masonry is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
